A Greenwich, Connecticut native and Parsons School of Design graduate, Julia has spent years mastering business strategy, consulting, and operations management—skills that now serve her clients in the real estate world. With a background working alongside a general contractor, she became a true Jill of all trades, overseeing business operations, coordinating projects, and ensuring seamless execution. She also served as a Client Relationship Coordinator at Vicus Capital, where she built trusted partnerships as a fiduciary, guiding clients with honesty and integrity—qualities she brings to every real estate transaction.
Julia thrives on building relationships and helping people navigate the complexities of buying orselling a home. She’s a natural problem-solver, a whiteboard for her clients—ready to help sort through ideas, explore options, and map out the best next steps. With her experience in general contracting, she also brings a trained eye to real estate, offering valuable insights for buyers and sellers alike.
