Born and raised on the East Side of Manchester, Karen is a New Hampshire native, now calling Goffstown home. Before entering the world of real estate, Karen worked in business management and accounting. For over fourteen years, she was employed by a general contractor as the project coordinator overseeing complex, multimillion-dollar construction projects.
During that time she built relationships with many qualified vendors which afford her the opportunity to share these professionals with her clients, whenever they are in need of real-estate related services...a win-win for all!
Karen enjoys working with eager buyers and sellers, counseling them through every step of the process. When asked why she decided to become an agent Karen shared “I’ve always known the value of owning my own home but when I assisted my older son in his search for his first property, I realized how much I wanted to help others do the same. It was scary to think about leaving a job I’d been at for a long time, but I truly felt a calling and I know I made the right decision!” Just one of Karen’s many gifts is pairing the right people with the right home!
